Welcome to The Grand Palm Villa! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool home is the perfect vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Located in the serene area of Lehigh Acres, this home boasts breathtaking views of lush greenery and tranquil surroundings.

The home offers the perfect location for adventure! You are located just 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, where you can enjoy the gorgeous blue water of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy amazing boutique shopping at Miromar and Coconut Point Mall and only 15 minutes from the airport!

As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. The dining area is located just off the kitchen, providing a perfect setting for family meals and gatherings.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the tropical landscape. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day, and the small soccer field provides ample opportunity for outdoor recreation and friendly competition with your loved ones. The outdoor entertainment center is the ideal spot for entertaining family and friends or evening drinks under the stars.

The three bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private bathroom, that is spa-inspired with a large walk-in shower and has a dual vanity with custom sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a desk for you to set up your remote office! The second bathroom has a large vanity with a walk-in shower that has a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a friends' retreat, this tropical paradise is the perfect vacation rental for you.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Poor Property Management

Mixed feelings about this stay. Positive: The actual house and layout was as advertised, and very enjoyable. The pool area, was the most enjoyable as we were able to swim, have some music on, all while grilling up some food and playing some games. NegativesThe A/C went out on day 3 of our 6 day stay. Property management was contacted, however they kept dragging us along to find a solution. A third-party repair company was finally sent on our last day in the evening; however, we were not informed of anyone coming out to repair and we were not on site. Sleeping in an 80degree house was uncomfortable.We paid extra to have the pool heated. The pool heater went out on the 4th day, thus two full days of the pool not being heated. No refund was issued.The pool was filled with rocks, dirt and sand upon our arrival. The area wasn't the quietest at night. Cars and motorcycles could be heard racing up and down the streets. Property management was contacted on day 1 on where to find the switch for the pool lights. We were never given an answer and never found the switch to the lights. Upon checkout day(10am), a vehicle arrived in front of the driveway at 8:30. Being where the house is located (at the end of a street), it alarmed our kids. The car sat there until we left, making us feel very rushed to vacate despite having plenty of time until check out. Overall, the house was good however we will never rent anything run by this property management company.
