"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. "There were ants in the bathroom. AC was noisy and not working well. Breakfast was very good, wide assortment. Unusual fun thing was rocking chairs outside"

"Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Two pools but we did not use them. Breakfast was good enough. Not hot foods but waffle maker and cereals and pastries, etc. Very affordable rates. No telephone in rooms? TV didn't work well and confusing to operate. Bath/shower could use safety bars."

"I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. "Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests."

The staff members are all very helpful and nice. Location is excellent as well - close to Dollywood which was the primary purpose of our visit.
