"House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect….the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that…house was perfect! Thank you! "

"Great house layout. Perfect size for 3 families of 4. Kids had a blast swimming, fishing, and tubing on the boat. Nice big boat to comfortably fit us all. Would definitely come back!"

"The stay was great ! When we arrived it was right after the heavy rains that had some flooding that affected the dock access, but receded within a day. The home was is great order. We were informed of everything before arrival and chose to stay anyway ! The place is very nice and cozy, caretakers were very nice and accommodating with all that was happening at the time of our visit. Beautiful sunsets off the dock every evening. We will be back very soon !!"

"The property was beautiful, spacious, updated and well stocked for all needs. The pool and boat dock were a wonderful bonus that kept everyone entertained. The location is so convenient. Our host, Mark, was so accomdating and available. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"Just like the pictures!Amazing fully stocked kitchen, open concept living room. Plenty of towels. We had a blast on the kayaks and float pad and saw incredible sunsets on the dock. Fun fire pit area where we had a fire and smores. We will be back!!"

"We all had a good week and a good time at the Cottage. Your house is well suited for our stay, and we appreciate all the amenities you provided. "We stayed four days for my Mom's 84th bd..This home is way way underpriced..Three bedroom 2 bath and a 4-8' pool..normally 350 would be reasonable.. I can't tell you the deal we received.. The Host answered ALL of our questions/ concerns within 5 minutes..What more could one ask for? "

"Beautiful location. It was great for our family but if it were for a family with teens of different sexes it would be difficult as all bedrooms are connected . You have to walk through each bedroom to get to your own bedroom or even to the bathroom. There is not a hallway. As you go up the stairs the first bedroom with beds is right there. It is a beautiful place very comfortable. I would go there again!!!"

"My friends and I stayed for memorial day and it was a blast. Would definitely come back! There is sulphur water which isn't a big deal if you know about it beforehand. The view from the dock and upper deck is awesome."
