"Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)"

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

It is an old, tired, dreary and run down ‘renovated’ tenament building, The sink drain didn’t work, the walls were stained and the mini fridge turned out not to be working with spoiled food in the morning.
