"My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but our 8 month old lab LOVED it! We enjoyed the horses coming by for a carrot now and then. The cabin was nice and I especially appreciated the bed and linens. Kitchen was as advertised and the hot tub was great!It’s in a great area for hiking which we did even though it rained a good bit while we were there."

"The property is absolutely beautiful. The cabin is beautiful and perfect. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The area is fun and gorgeous at the same time. We will be returning."

"Pro: Beautiful area. New River Gorge is amazing. The house had everything you needed with a good layout. We couldn't have a fire due to the drought, but the firepit looked great. Also, because of the drought, the water levels were low but host provide 6 gallons of drinking water. Con: Directions to the property were not helpful and we had to call VRBO twice while driving around for an hour to figure out where to go. For future, please let guest know to follow the yellow arrow on the paved...

"I had seen previous reviews and this property had a 10 so I had to see for myself. It does live up to the rating plus more. So clean and had everything you could image. Very quite and private. We took our family pet and she had so much fun also. It is close to activities in the area, including nice hiking trails. Communication and from owner were outstanding. We will be back to take advantage of the other fun things to do."

"Nice secluded cabin in the woods but close the New River Gorge National Park. Cabin is well kept and has pretty much everything you would need. Cabin is pet friendly and has a bit on a grassy area for them. Owners are great host and respond to messages quickly."

"Our family of four and another family of four came up for for two nights and a rafting the trip. Kids ages ranged from 9-14 and the place accommodated us well. Bobby is a very friendly and communicative host and the location is almost perfect. Fayetteville, which is a really cool little town is less than five minutes away. The New River Gorge bridge is less than 10 minutes away and so are the camps for various rafting outfitters. I say almost perfect location because the house is on a busy road...

"The cabin was cozy and cute. Small for four people but we made it work. Lots to do and the host was very responsive to any needs. Quiet neighbor hood, felt like we were alone in the woods. Overall a great stay."

"The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again."

"The cabin is rustic as you’d expect with a train track close by. Sleep with white noise to help with train traffic. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river was magical! Bed was comfortable."
