Discover the enchanting allure of Lawrenceville in this serene and stylish home, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen boasts of two dining areas, the dining room and the breakfast nook, both providing the perfect setting for enjoying home-cooked meals amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the pool (closed from October 15 to March), savor a barbecue using the grill, bask in the sun on the hammock and deck, or gather around the fire pit. For more adventure, take the 10-minute hike to the lake and waterfalls that starts in the property's very own private backyard. Opt for a morning or afternoon walk, as this trail lacks lighting.

Harris Tribble Mill Park, just a 2-minute drive away, offers opportunities for fishing and boating. Downtown is a mere 6 miles away, and the Mall of Georgia is conveniently located 13 miles from the property.

The property consists of two separate, private units (the guest suite and the basement) each with its private entrance and amenities. Vrbo guests stay in the guest suite which is entirely one unit ensuring complete privacy and a comfortable stay. It features four bedrooms with five queen beds, two dining rooms, a laundry room, and two bathrooms with access through the front entrance. Cohost occupies the basement. Driveway accommodates six cars while street parking is also available in front of the house. No parties are allowed in compliance with air b n b’s policy. Quiet time is observed from 9 pm to 7 am.

The backyard and swimming pool are amenities available to guests in both units. We hope you enjoy these spaces and find them perfect for relaxation and fun during your stay.

Great space but be mindful

This is a lovely home. It is well equipped and in a beautiful area. Communication with the host is great and they are very accommodating for our trip and approved gathering. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the weather. The only downsides are the quiet hours and it’s shared space. They have quiet hours which start at 9 pm which was not apart of the description. We thought that meant outside but it was in the home. We played a few family games (Jenga and Charades) and received a response to quiet down because they live downstairs. It doesn’t feel as comfortable because you can hear the kid(s) yelling at the back door and have to be mindful of walking very very lightly. They have signs that ask you to walk lightly because they are in the basement. I also didn’t like that they had the kid lie. While showing us the trail the kid stated ‘we don’t live here we’re guest’ out of nowhere. Which was odd because the host already mentioned her son is in the basement. We also had a few water bugs and there was molded coffee grounds in the coffee maker and in the water of the Keurig.

Amazing

Honestly It was difficult for me to leave because I felt like I could stay forever. Everything was spotless and the house is cozy. I had a party with close friends and family and it was amazing. The only issue I had was because there is another apartment downstairs, and the house has a wood flooring so with children walking around and a party, I must admit that we were not the good type of guests for this beautiful place. I loved the warm welcome with a basket full of snacks.It was a beautiful gesture.

Great location

We were thrilled with the location, amenities and the host was fantastic. We experienced No problems, but if we had-we feel confident they would have been addressed immediately. The pool was great, the size of the house was perfect. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, easy to get to and fro. We’ll book this home time and time again.

Spacious Property

We used the home for a week-long work retreat and it was a pleasant stay. The home was clean and spacious in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The listing does say that the property is shared with a unit in the basement but we were under the impression that the bottom unit was also rented out. Instead, it is occupied by the owners of the home which was okay for us, but may not be for others. We did not get into the pool due to the weather but on the days where the weather was nice, the owners family and neighborhood kids were making use of the pool, so we just hung out inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the owners were nice, communicative and accommodating.
