"The property was clean and well furnished and accessible to the beach and other amenities."

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"Very clean house, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool (lots of pool and beach toys for the kids) short walk to the beach. Nightlights in all the bathrooms and lots of hangers in the closets were a nice touch. Perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for the family "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor is the only draw back I find here. We have been staying here for several years, so it's nothing new and it is noted on the description, but each year it seems that I choose to take less and less to the room because I don't want to tote it. We will continue to stay here in the future. Mrs. Margaret is easy to communicate with and responds very quickly."

"We came down for our nephew’s graduation from the Marine corp boot camp. This house was about an hour away but was perfect for us. We wanted a pool and close to the beach. This house has both. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. The rooms are great size for all of us. The host was great. We didn’t need to talk with them but they did let us know early the morning we were checking in that we could check in early. Which was great. So over all everything was as...

"Our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. The condo itself is perfect, not overly beachy decor! Most restful week ive ever had."

"The house is as advertised. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the beach. One of the AC units malfunctioned. I text the number provided and maintenance came right out on a Sunday afternoon. He arranged to get the unit fixed within hours providing great customer service. Our family and friends of 15 are very pleased and will most definitely consider booking this property again. "

"Greg, the host, is PHENOMENAL to work with! The house accommodated everyone well. The walk to the beach was also much closer than we anticipated. The number of refrigerators, coffee makers, two stoves and microwaves worked beautifully for our large group. "We needed a big house for a couple birthday celebrations and an engagement. The property was perfect for 20 family members. Great week in the pool, beach and exploring Hilton Head (one of our favorite places). We have stayed at several Hilton Head properties and this is top notch if you need a lot of room! "

Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property.
