"We had a wonderful stay at this property!! Very quaint, yet with modern utilities, especially the kitchen and bathrooms!The only drawback to the property is the parking, so if you do not need a car during your stay, it is ideal! We managed with the parking as there is a garage within short walking distance of the property, just be sure to budget that into your stay.The highlight of the property is the upstairs balcony with some comfy chairs! "We book this place because it was close to the Naval Academy where my son did a summer camp. But it was the hospitality of the host that makes it so special. It was clean and very cozy. We would definitely love to stay again if our son get accepted at the academy. Thank you."

"Everything was as advertised online. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. There were sufficient cookware and plates/cups etc. The temp in house was perfect. Every room was used and we didn’t feel crowded. Nice size backyard - even though we didn’t really use (light drizzle and busy schedule). Laundry in basement- TV- Alexa for music/podcasts. Driveway held the cars and neighborhood was peaceful especially at night. We were about 15 min to the Naval Academy; the drive to the graduation...

"My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the house was located in a beautiful park-like setting, the home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. We had our small dog with us and it would have been nice to let him run out back in the fenced-in yard but the grass had not been cut and was a little tall so we walked him out front when needed. "

"We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem."

"Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip!
