  • Este apartamento bellamente terminado es perfecto para una estadía en Washington D.C. Diviértete con el gran diseño abierto y el espacio de entretenimiento. Duerma bien en un colchón Queen de espuma viscoelástica de lujo. Y aproveche el estacionamiento gratuito en la calle. Cerca de excelentes restaurantes y bares en el corredor de la calle H y Union Market.     Configuración cómoda: el sótano inglés tiene un diseño abierto con puertas corredizas que conducen a la habitación.

    Sofá cama extra grande: hay una cama queen size en el dormitorio y uno de los sofás de la sala se puede sacar en una cama queen.

    Conveniencia: almacenamos la cocina con los utensilios de cocina que necesitará si decide cocinar un poco, incluyendo un microondas, un hervidor eléctrico y una excelente cafetera con café.

    Excelente ubicación: el vecindario es tranquilo y el excelente transporte público facilita el acceso a las muchas atracciones cercanas. Los Estados Unidos. El Capitolio está a solo 1. 3 millas de distancia y la Casa Blanca está a 2. 3 millas de distancia, ¡con muchos de los museos del Smithsonian en el medio! Una caminata de 15 minutos lo llevará a la estación de metro NOMA o estamos ubicados a 7 minutos a pie de dos líneas principales de autobuses en DC (los autobuses D / D8 y X2).

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to many of DC’s major attractions, as well as nearby stores and shops that made everything super convenient. It was a great home base for exploring the city! The only disappointments were that the coffee maker was broken when we arrived and the microwave was unfortunately unusable. However, we really appreciated how quickly the host responded and arranged to have the coffee maker replaced during our stay. Communication throughout our visit was excellent, which made a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this rental to others visiting Washington, DC. We would happily stay here again!

The property was everything we needed for a quick overnight trip. We had street parking right in front of the house, the keypad entry was easy and the neighborhood was quiet.

Had a great stay! Short trips to the national mall and great restaurants close by. A wonderful midweek getaway!! The host has helpful information cards in the property and is very good at answering questions thru the app. Would stay again.

The neighborhood was quiet. We felt completely safe walking around. It was also very close to bike rentals, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Smooth check in, found parking easily, in a good area, overall a really nice spot! Everything was nice and owners took the time to make a nice info booklet and had other tips and such all over the place. Only things were the sheet to the pull out mattress looked dirty, there was glitter and hair on it, and then kids upstairs woke us up before 7am sounded like they were jumping off of furniture right above our heads. We had to be up early anyways, so not a huge deal, but probably will not be able to sleep in here.

We would suggest a less strong cleanser. The smell when we walked in was overpowering. A bit much for the asthmatic in our group. The guest book does need to be updated a bit.Very comfortable bed and we appreciated Netflix. Easy to get aroundWe have now left your property. Thank you!

This was a very clean and orderly apartment. We loved the signs throughout the apartment. The bed was comfortable and no issues with street parking. Heather was very responsive to my questions. If you plan to do sightseeing in DC, our recommendation is to use the closest metro station, NoMa Galludet University. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Metro. We found this to be the most convenient way to see the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment for future visits!

This apartment was a great choice for our quick trip to DC. Our hosts were very nice and very accommodating. It is in a very convenient location in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe in our little hideaway. The place was extremely clean and the bed and mattress were very comfortable. There are stores and restaurants nearby and it is pretty much a 15 to 20 minute or less Uber ride anywhere you want to go. The hosts will provide a permit for street parking also if needed. Overall we had a great trip and I would highly recommend this apartment for couples or small families. There is a pocket door that separates the bedroom from the living room where there is a pullout couch so it is overall a small space but well laid out and just exactly what we needed for our trip. Thank you to our hosts!!

In town to visit our son who lives in a nearby neighborhood. Close to dining, H Street area, and Metro. Space was comfortable.

Enjoyable rental

The furnishings and bed were very comfortable. The unit was clean and spacious for two. Found market and dinner within walking distance. The children upstairs were quite loud but if that doesn’t bother you, it is a terrific rental

Great stay close to almost everything

Will definitely recommend to others that travel alone or couple... bed and pull out couch were comfortable.. would recommend bringing a cooler as the mini fridge is not very big and no ice trays in freezer. Everything was up to expectations.

Perfect small apartment for a 3 night stay in DC. We had everything we needed. Walked to Trader Joes for a few groceries and Union Market for dinner (twice!) There's even a cool indie movie theater within walking distance. Easy access to all the capital places. Heather was very responsive to minor issues that we had. We would come back again!

We had a great stay. Apartment was clean. Would have liked to know that kids were in the upstairs apartment to expect the running around but was not upset because I have kids. Quite neighborhood. Parking was easy to navigate but we ended up using Lyft most of the time due to personal preference. Communication with host was very easy.

This was a perfect place for our needs. We were going to DC for our son’s graduation. This is very close to Gallaudet and Catholic University of America is 2 metro stops away. The Union Market is close by. Heather, the host, was flexible and responsive to what we needed. She seems to have thought of everything. It’s small details -like having a couple of metro cards to use, a wine bottle opener, coffee filters, and a Pyrex container to put in leftovers. She has a book by the TV which is very helpful. WiFi is strong. It is an older structure so there are some things to follow- like do not run the hot plate at the same time as the microwave. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice, and the bath towels were soft. You are in a neighborhood and on the bottom floor so you will hear life going on. We enjoyed this aspect but it may not be for everyone. We had people over (7 altogether) and everyone was comfortable. All in all this was a real gem to stay at at a price cheaper than the surrounding hotels. This is definitely a place I would recommend to CUA and Gallaudet parents for dropping off your college kids, going for parents’ weekend, or going to graduation.

DC museum and monument tour

The location of this vacation house was ideal for walking and touring the Capita and within walking distance to a grocery and convenience stores. The house was clean and organized. A couple of upgrades would make it a little more comfortable. My only inconvenience I expressed to the owner was they have infant children upstairs and you could hear them walking around. It was not to bothersome but it was unexpected.
