Very clean, staff were lovely. Bed was huge and very comfy. The walls are incredibly thin though, we could hear the guest in the room next door on his phone, we could hear every word! Lapford mill cottage it's an Amazing Place, we really appreciate the days spent there. We loved the availability of piano, the kitchen well equipped, the garden and the Little steam train on Saturday.And Alex super host!
