"The price was affordable for timing with the Boston Marathon. It is an excellent neighborhood, the process and communication was great. The interior is just OK but that is what we were expecting. My only suggestion would be a bathroom remodel and get rid of the tub in favor of a small walk in shower. When showering with shampoo etc mounted on the wall it is very restrictive if you are at all above average size. And, shower curtains in general are gross but with the size restriction you can’t...

"Greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was very good at communicating with us needed. Very relaxing and peaceful home and view. The beds were very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the back deck listening to the birds. We were visiting for our daughter's wedding and it gave us a peaceful retreat in which to sleep and relax in between events. Would definitely stay here again!"

"One of the best rentals I've stayed at! Matched the description to a tee, and very very very clean! Simple but comfortable accommodations. Beautiful views of the lake and the bridge. We watched a group of boys taking turns doing back flips and dive into the water off the bridge. A beaver built a damn across the water. And boaters would wave as they passed by. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Not far from restaurants and hiking areas. Very beautiful to say the least."

"Extra spacious facility, very clean, lots of room to move around. I was traveling with my adult son, and it was nice to have the privacy of two bedrooms. We loved the setup in the living room—-large TV, easy access to multiple stations, and comfy throws, and a “fireplace.” We also appreciated the large shower and wonderful towels in the bathroom. All in all, a wonderful experience!"

"We rented this 3 bedroom home for our daughter’s graduation from Wellesley. The house is clean and close enough to the college. All areas were clean and the check in and check out process were seamless. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative comment I have is that the pullout sofa in the main area is really not comfortable. I thought my son would be able to stay there but the mattress is so thin that you can feel all the springs. I ended up having to rent an extra hotel room...
