"Amazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean in such a peaceful location. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, filled me for the day, my Partner had Welsh Rarebit which she said was stunning. Looking at returning again next year, we won't leave it another near decade until next time, 10/10! "

"Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place. "

"Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty."

"I had a lovely stay at Lovesgrove. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only issue for me was that my room was at the top of the house and had a steeply sloping roof, and I did bump my head a few times before i got used to it. Location was great, just off a main road but so far back that there was no road noise and it was very peaceful. Will stay again."

"What a fantastic hotel. Peter and all of his staff were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is in a brilliant position where all the tourist spots are within easy reach, wether by car,bus or even train. We had 8 nights there and 5 of them we ate in the hotel restaurant, the food is that good. Plenty of parking on site, they even have electric hook ups for caravans/mobiles.
