"Worst hotel ever and I checked in when looked at the room and trash was in the county the trash all over the floor the syringes outside of the f****** property it was just probably the worst hotel I've ever been in don't recommend it nice so I just left it was embarrassing to have my family there didn't even stay and now they won't even give me a refund honestly wouldn't even pay $20 to stay there so wouldn't recommend it"

"There is a sign outside that says your car will get broken into and lots of homeless people smoking weed around the building. Doesn’t feel very safe and did not match the photos online."

"This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied."

"The staff was very nice, the room was lame. Tons of ants in the bathroom, blow dryer broken, bedding was dirty. The continental breakfast had no juice, milk, eggs, or coffee when I was there but was stocked the next day. "

"Exterior has chiped off paint that needs to be cleaned up. I stayed at this Mpotel 5 nights. I first night I informed them that the floor lamp didn'r work and it is very hard to see at the desk. I informed them 4 days later that it still not working. It is 5 day now and it still is not working."

"Room was clean. If you are traveling have 3-4 people all together, do not opt for the Sofa bed and 1 bed. Sofa bed is very thin and can feel the springs. I just slept on the couch when I stayed here. I came with my parents. They both said they enjoyed the bed and slept thru the night. They were happy about my hotel choice as I had originally planned to come solo. We enjoyed the breakfast. Nothing different from other continental breakfast but glad we had the option before we headed out. ...

"Rooms are old and run down. Tile, carpet, walls, fixtures, lights, everything is just falling apart. I used to love and trust Courtyard properties, but this experience changes things for me."

"This is an older, bare bones, hotel. Absolute minimum ammenities: no coffee in room or in lobby, one thin blanket, no cups, or water, thin, thread-bare towels, common areas are run-down. Staff answered questions grudgingly but showed no interest in assisting or ensuring that we had what we needed."

"I had a rough start when a relative was looking to locate me, he was told I had no reservation. That was quickly cleared up upon my arrival. The only issue ai had was the air conditioner was blowing full blast making the room Ice cold. Once those things were straightened around. All was very comfortable and pleasent."
