"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with...

"Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"The room smelled like someone had smoked cigars in it. It stank. We are going to ask for our money back or at least a significant discount. Also, the toilet barely functioned. Having a plunger in the bathroom is not good maintenance. Terrible experience. I told the staff in the morning and they couldn't be bothered to apologize. All they said was "We'll let them know." Terrible customer service."

"STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. "I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is quite new and very clean and parking is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small seating area and a desk along with a large area for the king bed. The only recommendation I'd have is on the breakfast; the food both days was barely warm (scrambled eggs, oatmeal).
