"Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly."

"This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit."

"This is the only place we stay when we come to Lake Havasu. Best value in town. Price and quality are second to none. Terri is the very BEST! Very responsive and always accommodating. Can’t wait to come out again very soon. "
