Fully furnished, clean and quiet pool home. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large pool, hot tub, sunning area, BBQ, lounge area with fire pit in backyard. Fully stocked kitchen. Utilities and WIFI included. Master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Large tiled shower with rainfall showerhead in master bath. All bedrooms and living room have smart TVs to watch your favorite streaming services (you must have your own accounts). Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. About 5 mins and less than 3 miles away from the beautiful new Havasu Riviera Marina and launch ramps!

We loved our stay at Bryce and Lisa’s lovely home. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the back yard was a beautiful space to enjoy reading, sunning or just hanging out. The hot tub was very welcome after a long hike. The beds are extremely comfortable. Having access to the garage in the hot Arizona sun was much appreciated. We would definitely return and I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! Check in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. The location was perfect close to hiking trails. Afterwards it was great to unwind in the backyard. From the soothing hot tub and at times to cool off in the pool. The sun loungers are getting thin from the elements. We understand that you want to protect and keep an eye on your property with cameras but having it in the view at the pool and hot tub felt not to private. We used the grill a couple times, worked great but the grill grades are a little rusty. Our host was responsive getting back to us. Check out was good clear instructions. Overall great place would recommend.

We loved our stay in this home! The bed was very comfortable and the pool and spa were amazing. The house was very nicely decorated and the use of the garage was great. The host was very responsive and handled the one small issue we had very quickly and too our satisfaction. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place!! Very clean!!

Lisa was a great host! Very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable and air conditioner works great!! The backyard is the perfect hangout spot for early morning coffee, lunch, or to enjoy the pool and a night cap!! Definitely will be back!!!

Great place to stay

We have done lots of vrbos and thix house by far had everything and more in it that you might need. Bottles of sunsceen, shampoo amd conditioner and lots of cleaning products and dishes etc. The poor was sparkling clean the whole month we were there. I woould definitely book this again and recommend it to anyone.

There are no bad days in Lake Havasu!

Beautiful house! Well maintained. Close to hiking, bike trails and grocery store. Management took care of everything and very quick to respond to questions. Well supplied with daily amenities including paper supplies, bottled water and propane, etc. Turn key ready to occupy and enjoy.

First Lake Havasu Trip

Lisa and Bryce’s place was very clean and extremely well stocked. Very close to grocery store and several restaurants. The pictures are accurate. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood- even though a new house was being constructed close by. Lisa and Bryce were very personable and responsive to any issues. Will definitely return.

Amazing home!

Lisa was very responsive and made everything easy. The house is very well stocked, much more than usual for a vrbo. The back yard is amazing. My only disappointment was that the pool isn't heated and the water was super cold. Overall, I would rent this place again for sure.

Our vacation in Lake Havasu

We recently spent a month at this property and I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed it. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the place was spotless. Many times when you book in a new city you are always concerned with the location you are staying in, the neighborhood of this property is very quiet and very little traffic. The pictures of the back yard hardly does it justice as it's very beautiful. Lisa our host was very pleasant to work with and responded to any of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet neighborhood, fantastic house. It was clean and well appointed. It was roomy for us, nice size kitchen, living room, and the bedrooms were nice. The pool and back yard really made for a wonderful opportunity to sit outside and cool off. Nice personal touch to have coffee and drinking water provided. Wonderful spices and condiments. We definitely will come back again and again. Thanks for the great stay.

Everything we could have asked for

Fantastic property with plenty of parking for the toys. Communication with Lisa was very prompt and quick responses. We visited friends in another rental and the floors where so dirty my feet where black. It was so nice to realize how clean this house was after that. I will be back to this house soon. Thanks for everything!!
