Easy Accessible Oceanfront Luxury Townhome in Puamana

Unit 254-4 is a stunning four-bedroom oceanfront end unit located on the south side of Puamana, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean from its lanai. Whether you’re enjoying a relaxing breakfast or taking in a Maui sunset after a day of adventure, this two-story oceanfront townhome provides a million-dollar view, just 30 feet from the water. The nearest beach access point is only about 180 steps away.

Though the Lahaina fire affected parts of the Puamana community, this home remains a serene retreat, having been professionally cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming stay. When remodeled, the ground floor was expanded for handicap accessibility and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, a family room, and a well-appointed lanai.

The home’s amenities include custom-designed furniture, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Sonoma Williams kitchenware, all-clad cookware, granite countertops, Italian designer tile, and Birds Eye maple cabinets. Additional conveniences include automatic Big Ass Fans, Fleetwood sliders, an outdoor gas grill, and electric screens for the lanai.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite boasts expansive ocean views, a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Two additional bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom, located downstairs, features a queen bed.

Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.

Family getaway

We had 6 adults and 2 kids (7 and 4) and the stay here was great. There was plenty of space, beds, and relaxation available. The beach was super close, the pool was nice, and the neighborhood was well kept. We enjoyed being able to sit outside to watch the sunset or play cards and use the outdoor dining and fan. The upper outdoor space was a bonus! Despite all the construction and challenges from the fire that devastated this area it was a very quiet and well kept area. The map that was given to me wasn’t accurate because of the construction and rebuilding, but they are trying to get this area back to what it once was, and it isn’t lacking for amenities already!

LUXURY TOWNHOME WITH AN INCREDIBLE VIEW

This unit is beautiful. I love the design and decor. The view when you step outside is incredible! The unit is a two story end unit with four bedrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The gorgeous master bedroom is located upstairs with a balcony for a view of the ocean. The unit is oceanfront with access to a beach just a few steps away. There is much to do in this beautiful part of Maui. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, whale watching, beaches,, golf, hiking. The neighborhood is gated and looks very well maintained. The unit had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer with detergent. Much appreciated. Very cute interior design theme throughout the rooms. Very comfortable bed! I would love to stay here again someday!

Well organised clean spacious property

We enjoyed this condo for 8 in our group. We had an 84year old so the downstairs master room with accessible shower was perfect. The upstairs rooms were great and bathrooms well stocked. Loved the master shower with windows overlooking the ocean! Kitchen was very well stocked as we cooked a lot to save money. Good parking out front. Safeway was only a 5 min drive for groceries. Would come again. Only downside was not being able to access ocean out front - had to walk a way down to get to beach and the ocean floor was VERY rocky (fairly large rocks) - not easy for child or elderly swimming as it was so unstable. We did all our swimming at Kaanapali beach about 12 min drive which is nice sandy and deep.

AWESOME!

First WOW! The view when you enter the home is amazing and the location is great. The home is located at the end of the property so it is nice and quiet but still able to walk to the pools. The 3 bedrooms were great for my family especially with 2 twin beds in the second room for my 2 adult boys. The home is set up with all amenities that allowed us to cook/grill a couple nights and really enjoyed sitting outside to view the sunset and the stars at night. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. We will definitely be back as my whole family had an awesome time! Thanks again!

Highly recommend this property!

I absolutely highly recommend this unit! I spent a little over a week there with my family and sister of a total of seven people and we do not at anytime. Feel crowded. The views are amazing, the property is extremely clean, the neighborhood is great, and you are very close to downtown Lahaina. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Maui, this is definitely it!

Beautiful location!!

This was our first time in Maui and the location of this home was spectacular! We were able to watch the whales breaching, and slapping their tails, and swimming around from the front porch. It was wonderful! The home has a bit of yard overlooking the water, which was priceless. Like the reviewer in January, we were very disappointed that the first floor windows were inoperable (not sure that's allowed by code). I understand that things take time to get fixed, but until they are repaired, it should be stated in the description that they do not open. Additionally, it should be stated that you cannot access the water from in front of the home (a $250 fine). Erosion has affected the shoreline and, understandably, the association is trying to reestablish a protective barrier with plants, however this should have been stated in the description. The ocean access point is 180 steps away (yes, we counted :) over rocks. We were happy to make the trek to get to the water with the paddleboards to help protect the shoreline and get some extra exercise, but felt it should be noted for those who want to rent the home with physical limitations.

Two of the bedrooms in our place had windows that were broken and couldn’t be opened. We were very disappointed to NOT be able to open the windows and hear the ocean that was SO close. It is a lot of money to pay for a place so I feel it could have been in better shape. It also could have been cleaner.

New Years in Maui!

Cannot beat the beachfront location of this property and its views, but there were some flaws that could be fixed to be a to notch rental property for renters. Upon arrival, we noticed that the upstairs bathrooms and carpets were still dirty from previous renters after being made perfectly clear that we could not enter the property before 4:00PM local time due to cleaning crew work/ perpetration for our stay which the Cleaning Fee's should have taken care of either before or after. Screens were also missing from multiple windows leaving us unable to get fresh air through the property without risking pests entering as well as the cable box only worked in the living room TV leaving the other TV's useless. A better step by step guide on how to use as well as the plentiful other remotes and switches in the house would help to control every little fan/ light. The property was difficult to figure out and control. Lastly, the parking spot cost us an additional charge when we arrived through the HOA which was not described in the contract and should be assumed that two vehicles would be used as the property can host up to 8 people. Kind of hard to fit 8 people in 1 vehicle. For the amount that it cost us, the 2nd parking spot should be included or compensated by the owners as well as a late checkout would be appreciated and professional as the cleaning crew did not show until much after the required 10:00 AM Local Time checkout!

Overall great stay

6 of us had a great time at this property, right next to the ocean. We loved dinner and conversations at the porch and the sound of the waves at night. If anything, it would have been even better if we were supplied with paper towels and shampoo/conditioner.

Nice Stay in Lahaina

Overall this is a very nice property and neighborhood. It was very relaxing and nice to be away from the large crowds at the resort. I would have given a 5 star rating, except that we did encounter some challenges as it related to the housekeeping. The upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned very well although the property manager was very responsive and apologetic. Outside of this issue, I would still recommend staying and I would book again.

Great Location

The property is easy to get to from OGG. We arrived after dark which did make it harder to locate but it’s really easy to get to even after entering the Puamana complex. The unit was quite roomy for the six adults in our family. The ADA bedroom on ground floor was handy but a larger room and king bed rather than queen would have been ideal. The adjoining ground floor bath is great. The upstairs rooms and two more bathrooms are also excellent. The property is about 30 feet from the surf which can seem noisy at times. (Haha!) The beach access is about 100 yards walk up the lawn. Outdoor shower is great. Communication with manager was great until arrival and then for some unknown reason none of my texts were ever responded to.

Wedding in Maui

We came out for my oldest sons wedding. Me, my wife, two sons (plus one’s girlfriend), and my elderly mother. Four bedrooms and three baths were just what we needed. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom (with wheelchair). The location was stunning! 13 steps away from the beach. Nothing beats listening to the surf at night. Fantastic time! Highly recommend this place!

This property was amazing. Just what we were looking for in amenities and location. The home is very nice and well kept. Everything we wanted and imagined was in this home and it was perfect for our first family vacation. The home is located minutes away from shops, restaurants and beaches.
