"Loved the beach view and nice quiet location. Beach isn’t really walkable and can’t really surf here. Snorkeling and swimming are pretty good. Great restaurants near by, but not part of this property. Overall good choice and good value. "

"Absolutely perfect. Very clean, nicely appointed, well-equipped. And the view — breathtaking! We spent most of our time on the lanai. The staff at Papakea Resort are very nice and helpful, the grounds are meticulously maintained, the pools are clean and refreshing, and there is a small beach at the north end with decent snorkeling. And as an added bonus, it’s a short walk to a supermarket, fish market, and beach boardwalk along the northern Kaanapali resorts. We will absolutely try to book this...

"We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed having the pool right there and the ocean view. Sometimes the waves were very loud just turned up the music and put on my headphones. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The front desk was helpful. The property was doing a little construction. But everything was working fine. Good laundry facility too and location so convenient to great cinnamon rolls and food trucks. (Papi OHANA) We enjoyed hearing the music from the resort next-door"

"The property itself was great - multiple pools to choose from and there's also a small store on site. Check in was easy and communication with property managers were superb. In general, this is a resort area so it's more quiet and laid back."

"What a gorgeous condo! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. All three bedrooms had its own lanai & were well used by us. Seeing turtles swimming just below us & having one sun itself in view, was wonderful. Not to mention the many, many humpback whales were able to see from the lanai with binoculars. "My husband, 2 year old daughter and mother/father in law were lucky enough to book this condo for our Maui vacation. The condo was absolutely perfect and everything was exactly as listed online. Chris’s communication was impeccable and he was such an amazing host. Having all the beach toys available in the condo was so convenient. The resort itself is also amazing for kids AND adults. The way everything is spread out, it never felt crowded. We can’t wait to book our next trip!"

"Everything was just as the ad described. Location was perfect. Close to Lahania and steps from the beach. Trevor’s place is just beautiful and well stocked with everything you would ever need. My family loved having dinner outside on the patio and morning coffee on the upper deck. We can’t wait to come back!"

"A large studio condo with a great mountain view and amenities. Lovely Oceanside pool and spa with gate access to a walkable beach with good swimming. An easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lahaina. We had parking in an underground garage for our rental car. The daily parking fee was less than $5 per day. We had a great stay and would recommend Lahaina Shores to anyone who enjoys the small resort vacation experience. We could not have had a better host. Rochelle was great with her communication...
