"Our experience was exceptional. Our stay was upgraded, and the apartment was phenomenal! The room was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with our parking key, but the company addressed the issue right away and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will look for Kasa properties in the future."

"The room was great. Well stocked and comfortable. There is a park around the corner to walk or sit and relax and a great kids climbing area. We paid for parking that was unavailable when we arrived. We got a refund and there was street parking by the park. "

"It was great. The only issue is the floor is slick so the beds in the rooms literally slide which is annoying maybe some rugs to keep them from doing that. And get like rainfall showerheads they are not very expensive and save water the one in the room feels awful. But it was still great just a couple recommendations. "
