  • Located in Thornton, this delightful and newly renovated basement offers 3 bedrooms with a cozy king, queen, and 2 twin beds, and an extra queen air mattress to fit 7 people total. It counts with a full equipped new kitchen, and a gorgeous renovated bathroom. Providing heating, AC, a hair dryer, curler, iron and iron board, guests will feel right at home. The peaceful ambiance of this gorgeous property is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or working. Enjoy an evening in the fully fenced back, patio furniture and grill some meals. Amenities:
    -Private entrance. -One garage parking spot available by the entrance and plenty free parking spaces in front of the house. -EV charger for electric cars. -Property counts with a shareable back patio for pets to roam and potty. Back patio porch has furniture, a grill, and a fire pit for a nice evening with s’mores. -Property is a 4 min drive to I-25 Freeway. -10 min to downtown, Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Meow Wolf. -5 min to Brittany Hill venue - 2 min driving or 10 min WALK to Water World. - -5min to boondocks. -10 min to Legacy Ridge golf course, 10 min to The Greg Mastriona Golf Course. -10 min to Front Range Community College. The property is located in a cul-de-sac end street in a quiet and family neighborhood. The very quiet and most of the time away host lives in the upstairs along with a Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Rocco. He’s the one sharing the back yard ;). Smoking (including tobacco and cannabis) is not permitted inside the property. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch or back patio. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the indoor space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Very clean and maintained. The shower was especially great.Beds were comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay! We had the garage all to ourselves.

We stayed here as a family, two adults, one teenager and one pre-teen, this place was perfect for each of us to have our own rooms to unwind. The place was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were updated, we had the option to park in the garage ( which was a perk.) We will definitely stay here again if he go to the Denver Co area.

You can park in the garage which felt safe & secure when unloading & loading of the vehicle. The entire place was spotless. The host was awesome! Very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.

We couldn't ask for anything better, Cristina is super friendly, the house is so awesome so pretty and super clean, she is a great host, we had everything we needed and more, garage is spacious for both our cars, pet friendly my dog even had the chance to play with her doggie, so much we are very thankful for everything!

The house is spectacular even though it’s a basement feels like a above ground home, super clean, communication was smooth as butter, would definitely stay here again when I come back to town, you will find all the amenities you need and it’s just feels like home, having a garage parking lot makes it fell extra safe and convenient to unload all your belongings

Wow! This place was better than expected. I was traveling alone with my 2 kids and I felt very safe. It was nice knowing there is a family above us if we needed anything and the host was very responsive. You get the garage which was nice and a private entrance into the basement. The rooms and bathroom were clean and it had everything you would need! I would stay here again, especially for the price! It was also convenient to shopping and eating. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This property was excellent!!! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room, beautiful bathroom, and great outdoor space. It was nice to have a big yard to enjoy the nice weather and play with our dogs. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!

Everything was amazing. The beds were comfortable, it was a great space to hang out in, it was quiet, and the location was perfect. We loved the shower, one of the best we’ve ever had. Parking our car in the garage was wonderful and easy. I can’t say enough about our hostess and how available she was if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time at Cristina’s place. She was such a great host and very responsive. We stayed at her place with out GSD. Her yard was great for him to roam around. The location was great, easy to get to all of the kid friendly things with our 2 and 6 year old like the zoo, aquarium, and museums. We would definitely stay at her place again. Thank you Cristina!

We loved it. Cute place, squeaky clean, newly built, everything we needed. Met the owner who was quite nice. We liked being able to park in the garage and close the door. There's an electric car charger in the garage. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, coffee, etc. Would definitely rent this place again.

It was wonderful. We had the whole garage which was convient. The rooms were nicely decorated, immaculate, and spacious. The bathroom had a large forceful shower head as well as the hand held shower head.The kitchen had many amenities like olive oil, creamers for coffee, choices of tea and snacksA big plus for us was the large backyard as we had our Yorkies with us and it was great they could get out and run. Poop bags were available. The host was so friendly and avable. 7We will definitely come back.

Cristina was welcoming, accommodating and communicated the necessary entrance codes in a timely manner. The backyard is big, quiet and secure for dogs with a nice sitting area. The space is comfortable and well appointed and kitchen is well equipped. It is a basement unit, so first floor noise ( though not bad!) should be expected. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again!
