"Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked."

"Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. "Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like...
