"Excellent location and clean room , spacious. There was parking infront of the room. Central location to the St. Helena high street. Central to go for wine tasing and restaurants. Cant fault them at all. The price was reasonable. will def stay again "

The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement. "The room was nice enough. However, the floor was dirty. Stepping out of shower with wet feet made me have to wash my feet 3 different times before I put my socks on. My husband stepped into the shower and dirt dripped off his feet because of the dirty floors. They didn't look dirty but that's what it was."

"It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses.
