"Very nice hotel, terrible experience while checking in, came up with a very unfriendly, unprofessional lady who wouldn't help me register, because of a misunderstanding about my reservation. She told me "talk directly to Expedia". I wrote a letter to the management of the hotel, and they answered very quickly and helped me with everything. Everything else from there on was great.
