"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional. The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction. "

"The location of this hotel was great, with a lot of sites within walking distance and close to grand central train station to be able to take the subway to sites further afield. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly with storing our luggage. The 2nd floor amenities offering water, pop and snacks was a nice addition and super convenient. The rooftop bar was lovely. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed across the street from the San Carlos for several visits, but decided to try the San Carlos this trip and it was a good choice. Upgraded 2 queen bed room to a suite without asking. Suite was clean and well maintained. Daughter used the gym with no complaints. I love the east midtown location."

"Cozy lounges. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Had a bottles of wine left in our room for our anniversary from hotel staff. Central to lots of touristy attractions. Will definitely stay here again."

"Top quality stay on Fifth Avenue. (Upgraded) room was beautiful, the gym was superb, and the staff was very helpful (late checkout, anyone?). Wasn't my first stay at the Peninsula, and I will always happily return (as long as the price is right, of course)."

"The staff was very professional and the cleaning staff was awesome. The hotel is located across the street from a parking garage with will validate the parking for this garage. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony with it. Excellent place to stay."
