"Isabel guest house was clean, organized, accessible, close to metro, bus stops, and close to touristic sites in Rome if you want to walk. I liked that each room has its own bathroom, and that the kitchen is shared so you can make coffee or a snack if you want. The staff is so nice and it was the exact stay that we needed. "We had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)
