"I only stayed one night, but I know I'll be back. You walk into their bar area, which has been done up nicely. People were gathered for the evening and having a great time. Location is perfect, in the middle of Santa Rosa's fun little downtown. The room was surprisingly quiet, despite a restaurant basically outside the window. There was also a loud festival across the street the night I was there and didn't hear it at all. Bed was comfy too. Only downside was the achingly slow elevator, so I...

"Hotel Madrona is truly one of a kind. Every corner of this hotel showcases a fabulous and unique design. The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again."

"Fabulous updated decor since our last visit a couple of years ago, incredibly comfortable beds & large elegant bathrooms. Evening turndown service. Main lobby, bar & restaurant looks awesome, however we did not spend much time there as we were on a wine-tasting weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful, also with affiliated wineries. Will definitely stay there again. A gem in Healdsburg!"

"We have stayed a few larger brand hotels in the area, and this one surpassed them. We got the 1 bedroom suite for a great price. Make sure to call ahead to reserve parking if you need it, as the lot does fill up. I'm glad Expedia sent me a message about it as soon as I booked. It was pretty clean, although the floor seemed like it could have been vacuumed in the corners as it had some dirt (maybe kitty litter). Also since it's a pet friendly property, one corner of a room smelled a bit like dog...
