"We had a great experience."

"Nice large room with a king bed. The breakfast had lots of choices for hot and cold meals. The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was no free WiFi. It made you sign up for the Hilton program and go through a bunch of screens on your phone. I couldn’t get it working and gave up eventually."

"We've been staying here for probably 30 years, and it's just not the same experience, even though I rate it highly. Here's what NOT to expect: Wifi on the 3rd or 4th floor that will stay connected; wine glasses and a wine bottle opener (even though you're in the wine country)-the front desk doesn't even have a bottle opener to borrow, and you have to go to the attached restaurant to borrow wine glasses, to be returned; an ice machine-you have to go to the front desk and ask for a zip-lock bag...

"We had booked a double room for 1 night at $~$400. Got an ADA room. Didn’t mind since the room and bathroom were quite large. Amenities were bare minimum (for the price) - shower was not clean. Staff was friendly. No breakfast included. Parking garage under hotel. Convenient right off highway 101. No restaurant. However, There’s a ‘room service’ menu barcode in room :) "

"This property has really hone downhill since we we were here last year. Broken stasher, broken ice machine, broken pancake maker. Still broken 3 days later. Front desk staff kept making excuses. Housekeeping & kitchen staff were excellent. They made the stay Having been loyal customers for at least 25 years not sure we will stay here again"

"It's a great place if you have an event to go to during the day or are driving through. The staff were incredibly friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower would have been wonderful except the water was always body temperature and never got hotter. I was freezing. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room and the lounge doesn't open until 7am. I was told there would be a coffee maker in the room but there was not. I get up early and would like to have coffee before the day starts."
