"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional. The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction. "

"Loved our room. Most attentive staff in years. Truly a luxurious hotel experience. Two elevators so no waiting. The largest room for the price I've ever had in NYC. Great stay in every way!"

"Loved this hotel! Great esthetic, extremely clean and the rooms aren’t tiny. Convenient location to grand central - literally a 3 min walk. Would stay again!"

"Struttura comoda, pulita e ben posizionata."

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great."

"The room was very small but clean and charming. Plenty of windows and natural light. The staff could have been a little bit more helpful"

More and better placed would be helpful. Or a power strip next to bed and on desk. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent."

"Had an excellent stay here. The room was clean, and spacious by midtown Manhattan standards. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn't ask for laundry or housekeeping services, but I frequently saw housekeeping tending to common areas and other guest rooms. The air conditioning unit worked well, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Can't beat the location, as it's less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station. Plenty of great food within 2-3 blocks. The area around the property...
