This charming apartment is located in the middle of the idyllic village square of Krispl, directly opposite the church. The complex comprises six tastefully furnished and carefully maintained residential units.
Especially attractive for families: There is plenty of space to play around the house, and the well-kept garden offers a shared pool - perfect for cooling off on warm days. The apartment itself impresses with a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a wonderful view.
The house owner also runs the neighboring inn - ideal for culinary delights right on the doorstep.
Krispl and its surroundings offer numerous leisure activities. In summer, well-marked hiking trails invite you to explore the picturesque landscape. There are also many attractive excursion destinations nearby that will make your stay unforgettable.

Lage sehr schön aber vieles in der Wohnung nicht in Ordnung

Das Haus steht schon länger, was an und für sich kein Problem ist. Aber leider wurde in die Wohnung nichts mehr investiert. Sie war sauber, das ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt aber ansonsten wurde nichts gemacht. In zwei Zimmern waren die Gardinen zerrissen, in einem Zimmer war der Fernseher defekt. Ein Stuhl war leider auch kaputt und an Geschirr wurde gespart. Ich hatte im August drei Ferienwohnungen, eine im Flachau, eine in Wien und die in Krispl. Die Wohnungen im Flachau und in Wien waren sehr viel besser ausgestattet. Trotzdem war die Wohnung in Krispl die teuerste
