"Active construction was happening, when I entered my first room two men were inside drilling the walls. They gave me a different room and this one had construction dust all over the floor and a big piece of wood with nails sticking out of it under the sink. The room was clean except for a long curly hair on a towel and some hair in the shower. The shuttle service is a joke and make SURE they write you under the right time.. or even at all."

"It really was a great experience but at the very end, right after checking out, while we were waiting inside the shuttle to bring us back to the airport, there was what I assume was a homeless/drug/alcohol guy shouting obscenities at us while he was sitting right outside the front door (I actually thought he might have been a guest at first). They should know about these things and take action about them hanging around. Never felt unsecure there even though. Lousy way to end a great stay."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I wish were different was the bed mattress. It was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was laying on springs all night, and for a three night stay, it was pretty hard to get good rest. Other than that, it was great hotel in a good location with a lot of great eating options around. Also, very easy freeway access to go into the city."
