"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Every single staff member greeted us kindly and every interaction we had with any employee was pleasant. The room was spotless, the lobby was welcoming, the pool had a great view, the valet employees were quick and kind, and everyone was very helpful. Halepuna made our honeymoon stay in Hawaii extra special. "

"The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We weren't able to see Diamond Head like our last visit which was fabulous. I guess our room wasn't ready for us and offered us an upgrade to a higher floor with two beds. We declined the offer and they ended up giving it to us anyway. It was fine except that because of our sleeping habits with my cpap machine we ended up not being able to sleep together in the same bed. "

"The breakfast is simple and quite the same every day, but you can vary it with what’s available. There’s always an omelet and sausages, sometimes a fresh green salad, and overall there’s something for everyone to choose from. If this breakfast doesn’t suit you, there’s a café just across the street with excellent breakfast options, desserts, and coffee."

"The best staff and hotel we have experienced anywhere! Talia at the front desk was so sweet and extremely helpful! She showed us to our room, walking us from the front desk. We never had that done before. She explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer and showed us where everything was in our room. If we needed anything, we always looked for Talia and behold she had the answer or showed us the way! A big shout out to Vin! She overheard that it was our birthday and offered us an upgrade/...
