"What a little gem this was! Great value, the studio was very spacious and had everything I could have wanted for my stay (including a fan and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge as well as a fully equpped kitchen, haurdryer, huge TV and comfy bed). It was withing walking distsnce of Lime Street as well as places I was visiting. I would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."

"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. Food was very good, especially the breakfast, tasty, hot and plenty. It was an easy walk into the town. All round, a great experience for us, highly recommended. "

"Located in a great position with easy access to historical area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good quality with great selection."

"Beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy and soft. We ate at the restaurant twice as the fish and chips were so delicious! You also get a discount if you eat there so that was great too. Everyone was very nice behind the front desk and the parking is free! There is no air conditioning but they do give you a pretty big fan which helped air circulation. Wish the window could have opened a little more (it only can open an inch or so) as there was cool air outside that would have been...
