"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...

"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. "

"What a lovely, lovely place to stay, and a kind and professional staff. Mine was a last-minute reservation and they were cheerful about accommodating my very late-night arrival.
My room was smallish - not uncommon with old buildings, so I was expecting that. Every inch of it was designed and decorated with care. The shower was a relief after a long day - great water flow and plenty of hot water.
The morning parking attendant was very attentive, a nice man who urged me to come back - not...

"The front desk staff was amazing I believe the gentleman's name was Hector who checked us in.. so kind so generous with his words, and even gave us free appetizers to the restaurant next door. It was an incredible find and it was an accidental find. Our room was right on the water absolutely beautiful. Quick Uber ride to the San Francisco Airport I highly recommend this place I Left My heart in San Francisco"

"Cons:
1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected.
2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. We felt too uncomfortable to even sleep under the covers as well because of it.
3) The pillows are essentially air. We hit our heads up against the headboard a few...
