"Our stay at Shibu Hotel was a memorable highlight of our trip. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with boots and umbrellas after we told them we wanted to venture out into the rain to view the monkey park. Our dining experiences were equally as pleasant with the staff greeting us and explaining the menus to us in detail. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful as well. On top of that all, the private bath offered was the last relaxing piece of the puzzle we needed....

"子供2人連れて宿泊。荷物は車で到着時スタッフの方が手伝ってくれて子供の相手もしてくれました。部屋は最上階の部屋で宿泊でマットレスも適度な硬さで快適でした！夜ご飯は近くの松美食堂さんで、朝食はホテルで美味しく食べました！値段がかなり良心的だったのですがサービスもよく満足してます。"

"最寄りＩＣからは少し離れていますが、ホテルの目の前のスキー場の雪質がとてもよく、スキー、スノーボードを十分楽しめました。お部屋もきれいに整えられており、快適な滞在でした。アメニティも十分でした。オプションで参加したスカイランタン、とても幻想的で素晴らしかったです。宿泊当日が節分だったため、ホテルフロント付近にて、鬼退治の豆まき、福まきのイベントもあり、5歳の娘も親の私たちも楽しんで参加させていただけました。また滞在したいと思えるホテルでした。"
