"We had a greet time at this cute little house in Bramwell. The host was always prompt to answer any questions and give recommendations for the trails. The house had everything we needed to cook meals after riding all day. The washer and dryer was an unexpected, but awesome bonus! We were able to clean our clothes each evening after riding. Don’t let the widow units fool you! They kept the house plenty cool!! The home was very clean. The front porch was so relaxing! Don’t hesitate to book this...

"Property was excellent - very convenient to Burning Rock ATV and our own property just up the road. House was clean and spacious for our family - Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip soon. It was super nice to have all the little things taken care of for you when you arrive. Charcoal for the grill, coffee, salt & pepper etc. "

"Our family needed a quick getaway to just regroup and enjoy each other’s company. We found the perfect house to accommodate us. We came to West Virginia and enjoyed our weekend."

"My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

"We had an awesome time riding the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system. Easy access right from the cabin to 3 trail systems and possibly a 4th if you wanted. Cabin was very nice and clean with everything we needed for the 5 of us. Alot was included and the owner was very accessible for all our needs. Once we unloaded we had access to everything with the sxs and atvs. If you are looking for a great place with beautiful views and close for riding, this is the place!!!"

"As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. Will book again. "

"The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The location was quiet and peaceful. We could not have picked a better place and will absolutely be using it again next time we visit. "Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!"
