Las cualidades únicas de esta unidad son su ubicación central dentro del complejo y el hecho de que es una unidad de planta baja. Esto proporciona un fácil acceso a la piscina, la barbacoa y el
camino a la playa (que está a 1 cuadra) y es útil para descargar alimentos, cargar y descargar equipaje y artículos para excursiones de un día por la isla.

COMODIDAD
Una puerta con mosquitera, una ventana mejorada en el dormitorio y una puerta del patio, todas con cerradura, proporcionan una brisa fresca que mantiene la unidad cómoda la mayor parte del tiempo. Hay un aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y ventiladores de techo en la cocina, sala de estar y dormitorio para complementar la brisa.

GRAN UNIDAD DE UN DORMITORIO
   Hemos alquilado unidades en Kihei Alii Kai muchas veces y nos encanta el tamaño de las unidades (700 pies cuadrados en las habitaciones de una habitación más un lanai de 150 pies cuadrados). Hemos visto unidades en muchas de las propiedades circundantes y ninguna se puede comparar.

BIEN AMUEBLADO - NOMBRADO BIEN
   Es un placer trabajar en la cocina totalmente equipada. Se ha actualizado con armarios de arce, mostradores de granito y pisos nuevos. Un baño recientemente renovado con bañera y ducha es una belleza. La estufa de superficie lisa tiene un horno autolimpiante y el microondas está sobre la estufa. 2015 y 2016 nos vieron re-texturizar las paredes, volver a pintar la sala de estar, la cocina y los pasillos, instalar alfombras nuevas en la sala de estar y el dormitorio, reemplazar las cortinas, el lavaplatos y el aire acondicionado.
Duerma con el lujo de un colchón con cubierta tipo almohada Simmons Beautyrest de tamaño queen en el dormitorio y un sofá cama nuevo en la sala de estar que tiene un colchón de lujo con colchón de muelles y tamaño queen.
Los muebles se han actualizado con un nuevo sofá cama queen size, sillas ocasionales, comedor y dormitorio. Una lavadora y secadora de gran tamaño permiten cambios de ropa fresca en un clima tropical sudoroso
    El lanai bellamente embaldosado (porche) tiene un diván y una mesa y sillas y se abre a un jardín con un árbol plumeria.
Se proporcionan toallas de playa, sillas de playa, una sombrilla de playa y una nevera.
Las llamadas de larga distancia a Canadá y EE. UU. Son gratuitas, al igual que el acceso a internet wi-fi.

MOVERSE POR MAUI
Si bien el alquiler de autos brinda a los visitantes el lujo de recorrer la isla a su gusto, puede ser costoso. Si prefiere un medio de transporte alternativo, podemos recomendarle el autobús de Maui. Los detalles para usar el autobús de Maui están disponibles en línea y en la carpeta de visitantes de nuestro condominio. Los servicios de transporte están disponibles para llegar al condominio desde el aeropuerto de Kahului.

Beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is cozy, clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The private lanai is a great place to relax. The beach is just a 3-minute walk down the street and a lot of cute cafes and stores are close by. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was great.We would definitely come back!

quick stroll to the beach

Well kept property with beautiful flowers and trees. Comfy condo with full kitchen supplies. As described. The condo does have lots of labels and instructions as mentioned by other guests. It was so nice to have an easy walk down to the beach and to the shops. Kehei is a busy little town, but the condo is tucked away in a quiet corner with a beautiful and private sitting area.

The property was in the best location, easy access to the beach and very comfortable! We couldnt be more happy with our stay, the property was clean and we will definitely be back for future visits! Hopefully with the same property! Overall we were very please with our stay!!

Emplacement parfait

Emplacement très propre, la description et les images sont fidèles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation près de la plage et ses couchés de soleil magnifiques. The location is fantastic for getting around. Walking distance to the beach and so.e shopping. Really no view at all from the condo. The condo felt a little dated. My only complaints were the air conditioning could only be set to run for 1 hour. We got in let and it was really hot so had to wait to go to sleep. Then woke up sweating and had to get up and turn the air back on. Getting luggage to the condo from the parking area isn't easy either. The best thing is location and price.

Has everything you could need and more. Perfect distance to walk places nearby and drive to cool spots. Owners made everything super easy to navigate with getting keys and where to park. Definitely one of the best places you could stay on the island. Thank you for everything!

Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The building, like most on Maui, has seen better days, but it's well-maintained. Some things are a bit dated, but everything was functional and the furniture, etc, in the unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was located just up the hill from the beach, a small park, and the main street with shops and restaurants. Great location! I would certainly stay at this condo again on another trip to Maui.

The check in process was very simple and the host provided extra keys to prevent being locked out. A great location with access to many shops and restaurants were a short walking distance including beach access. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen but could use some washable table napkins. Otherwise, there were plenty of linens. I did not use the pool or bbq area so I cannot comment but heard from locals it is very nice.

Wow!! This condo, our experiences, this island. We fell in love with this island and I feel we will leave a small piece of our hearts here. The condo is set in a great location just across the street from the ocean and a wonderful clean beach. The condo is conveniently located next to the pool and easy to get to after 1 set of stairs. The lanai is private and overlooks Hawaiian vegetation. CLEAN, the condo was very clean, tidy and organized. UP TO DATE, the condo has all modern amenities, we especially appreciated the in-suite laundry, dishwasher and AC unit. Although if you open doors you get an amazing light breeze through the condo while relaxing. SLEEP, while it was difficult to adjust to our time change the bed in the master bedroom was phenomenal. It was very comfortable offering a good mix between softness and firm. BEACH GEAR, this amenity is what we used the most. We loved the beach chairs, we used them everyday from sunrises to lazy beach days to sunsets these chairs are comfy. Brad was very easy to work with on scheduling and was easily available for any questions or concerns. WE 1000% RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Until next time, Mahalo! The Geibs 2023

Great condo location and unit. Super nice complex.

Right across the street from the Kam 1 beach which is the best beach in south Maui. Great location close to stores and dinning spots. The unit is well stocked and very nice. Lanai locker has beach gear and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might need. Highly recommended.

It had all the extra's a person would need for a stay. The storage cabinet was well stocked with beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella's, sand toys, snorkle equip & boogie boards. The air conditioner had to work hard to cool down the room, unfortunately it is right by the TV so the added noise didn't help. Lots of fans & ceiling fans to move the air. Parking: We parked in the lower lot & got a notice on our car that we would be towed since we were parked in "owners" parking even though we had the registration slip in the window. Had to park at the top of the hill in "Guest" parking so that walk to get the car was tough in the heat & humidity.

Excellent location right next to a wonderful beach. Some lovely shops nearby and a great place for the evening with live music. The property had great toys for the beach and ice packs which were very handy.

Great Location!

The property was beautiful, near the beach and in walking distance of many nice restaurants. The condo was very clean and easy to get into. The pull out bed isn't the most comfortable if you will be using it for a long time, but the main bed in the master was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the owners gave us very detailed instructions before hand on how to get to the property and get into the condo. It did take us 2 days to get the parking permit, however that was primarily due to some staffing changes at the condo and nothing to do with the owner. Coming from a colder climate, I would have liked an A/C unit we could run to cool the place better at night, it stays very warm in the bedroom.

Perfect location and a home away from home

The location was perfect! Central area of Maui and able to access all other parts of the island a short drive away, or just a short walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants. We didn't use any of the beach amenities provided, but we're glad that the option was available! If we had more time, we definitely would have. The apartment was clean, and it felt very personal like it was our own home. It was also located right beside the complex's pool, so we went for a quick dip before bed almost every night! Great, easy communication with the owner and a pleasure to stay at. The guest book was a nice touch!

Great location and huge space.

The location of this condo was perfect. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The property is really nice and having easy parking and laundry was amazing. Brad was great with communication leading up to the trip. I recommend this VRBO. They only thing for us was the carpets felt a little dirty and the knifes and pots and pans could be upgraded. Excellent value.
