"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They provided us with a map and highlighted some areas of interest for us. Their buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it on their beautiful patio each day. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. If we needed a taxi, staff would call one for us. The gyros at a small place around the corner from the hotel (don’t remember name but it was recommended by staff) were delicious. We ate there twice. Overall...

"Das Hotel und das Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Leider wurde das Frühstück über einen Lieferdienst gebracht, was am ersten Tag zeitlich nicht geklappt hat. Die Omeletts waren dadurch auch nicht mehr richtig heiß."

"Le décalage entre présentation internet et réalité sur place est difficilement acceptable.
Literie hors d'âge : Proposer un lit en 140 pour 2 personnes est une chose, mais fournir un matelas à ce point usé qu'on en sent les ressorts dans le dos en est une autre. Face à notre réclamation, la seule solution proposée a été l'ajout d'une simple alèse, qualifiée de « surmatelas ». De plus, pour obtenir un oreiller et une couverture supplémentaires, il a fallu insister pour finalement s'entendre dire...

"We enjoyed the stay: the apartment is roomy, full kitchen, large refrigerator. There are few eating places in the neighborhood, and My Market is only 7 minutes walking distance. There are two things we don't like: first, the neighborhood does not look that safe, my wife dare not to walk with me to the metro station at night, maybe it is just us.second, for one night, our neighbor vacationer had a big noisy party until 3am in the morning. Other than that, it is a very good experience."

"This place is simply not a nice place to stay. Not worth the money at all.
The view was good and communication with the host was fast and easy. But the whole vibe was disappointing. It felt dirty, not taken care of and it has not been refurbished in many years. Hotels.com should not feature places with this low standard. When we arrived it felt like we were entering an abandoned building."

"The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar.
