"Great atmosphere and great staff"

"Breakfast was to be a continental instead a full buffet. Room clean, neighborhood beautiful and walkable. The nightlight in the bathroom much appreciated amenity. "

"Conveniently located next to a subway stop, for easy travel around the city. We took the free shuttle into Backbay from the airport and walked to the hotel. So, I did not look to see whether the subway extended to the airport. The staff take care of everything and are exceptionally nice. They do go all out, EXCEPT, they only offered beverages for breakfast. That was disappointing."

"The room cooling did not work and it was hot. I think it was the time of season and an old building where they have to switch it over. I was disappointed that there was an event at the restaurant and my daughter who was undergoing treatment and I could not eat there. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. "

"A good B&B to stay at if visiting the surrounding colleges. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants and events. Rooms are clean and comfortable however, can be a little noisy on weekend nights. The breakfast is light and fresh with bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. I always have a friendly greeting when I stay here. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are set up in close proximity to the elevators and you can easily access the restaurant on the ground floor through the same elevator. The location was great, the service was great. The check-in and out process was seamless and easy. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport as we were traveling very early in the morning with kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "
