"Kendwa Sunset is very well located by a beautiful beach. Hotel is well kept and with a cosy feel. Green garden feel in first part of the hotel and beach vibe at the bungalows located as an extended part of the beach. Room was good with nice beds, clean and with nice size bathroom. Beach area is large with more space between chairs than many other hotels. Pool had great clear view over the beach and ocean. All this would give a 9-10 rating. However service was clearly the worst we experienced...

"We stayed 5 nights at this Hotel and it was ok. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. However, we would not consider this a 4-star hotel (but rather a 3-star), nor a resort (no gym, only one small restaurant, no lounge area etc.). "I stayed in one of the beach villas with private pool. I had an amazing stay, it was a dream come true. The staff is so wonderful, friendly and thoughtful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. "

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."
