"Everything is as promised and we enjoyed the house. Enjoyed talking with Tanya and Jasper and one of the chickens visited us on the balcony. We also enjoyed walking by the creek.It is on the list of properties we want to come back to next year. "

"This condo has the perfect location. Walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shop, music under the bridge, The Eagle Center and the walking path along Mississippi River. "We all had an amazing time in such a beautiful location. Very secluded with a wonderful fire pit. Although we did not have a fire. We did enjoy the hot tub very much. The grill was awesome to use and the chairs on the deck were were terrific. We especially love the springed in court. "We loved this property for our girls getaway. So modern and fun for all ages. When we weren’t exploring, we spent a lot of time in the party room, playing bean bags, by the fire pit, and sitting in the hammocks. The items that were supplied were excellent to make our own food. The fire pit was so easy to start! It was a wonderful time with family! "

"The property was very cute. Especially the patio. Although we didn't use the amenities there such as the fire pit and the hammocks, it pretty much had everything we needed for a somewhat rustic weekend. I did like that the code to the door was just texted to us so we didn't have to really check in at any given time. "We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house."
