"Due to a maintenance issue, the owners contacted me about what was going on with the property. They went above & beyond as host & hostess to set us up in another property they own. We were informed about the issue & treated like royalty as the owners resolved the situation by thinking about their customers first. The owners were trying to get to the Airport but made time to handle everything without any delays. We will be staying with them again, and hopefully it will be at the treehouse...

"Great house in a very safe neighborhood! The owners were readily available to help, fully stocked kitchen, outside grill was a great perk! "My son loved the decor! He read the books & studied the pics. The shower was stopped when they tried, but manager sent a plumber quickly. The little things that you use/need every day were there: bag clips, scissors, shampoo, lotsa towels, KLEENEX, coffee & your type pots! We needed them all. Only missing items were a can opener and a shelf/rack in the shower stall. It was easy to feel at home..."
