"Pleasantly surprised with everything about our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was better than expected, nice roof terrace and right next to a ferry port so easy access to Brooklyn or if you’d like to get a $4.50 ride up to Roosevelt and get the cable car over to Manhattan.
Only 2 downsides but wouldn’t put me off staying again:
1. Shower does overflow into the rest of the wet room unless you put a towel down as a barrier.
2. A little further from a subway for commuting to...

"Location was great, the place was great! My key box pin number I was given did not work but luckily the front desk person was still there and was able to give me a spare key to use. MInor hiccup but still would stay there again!"

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service

"Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone"
