"Stay was amazing as always room very comfortable. Just wish they would put there Availability back on hotels.com trying to extend my stay and says there booked up til February of 2026 when other sites say there available. It's wierd how all of sudden I can't use hotels.com to book when this is the platform I trust the most. "

"The reason to stay was not good is because we were told by the manager at the hotel that they would let us back in at a later time because we had already booked to get into the room. After explaining that we would be out late the manager then told us that she would be up late in order to let us in because the locks weren’t working and when we got back around 2 AM, 1:30 AM She was nowhere to be found and we were locked out of the hotel the whole day. "This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. "All great. Easy access, good parking Comfortable and clean. Good location."

"The place was clean and perfect for a long weekend in NY city. The buse and subway was very close. The host was great we checked in early and was able to check later so we didn’t have to sit at airport for to long. I stay again when visiting NY city"

"Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). "My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my cousins wedding at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. We are a family of 4 (with little kids, age 2 and 6) and my brother and his teenage daughter stayed with us also. This house was really great. It's VERY spacious. "Absolutely wonderful location! My son loved it!! This place is MORE than enough for a few days trip! Amazing location right next to not only the beach but everything is within walking distance.
