"The staff was amazing. Thank you to Razi for helping us extend when our flight was delayed. The room is definitely 4 stars. AC was weak. Took almost an hour to drop 4 degrees. Had to ask for towels and TP and the bed is quite firm. That said, it is close to shopping and the airport and the pool was nice and not crowded at all. Would stay again. And the price on site was actually less than Expedia! "

"Everything is just right - friendly staff, nice clean and tidy rooms, and a great brekafast buffet. I stayed in nearby citadines and iconic hotel too, and holiday inn is the best of the three."

"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. "The room was clean, as was the hallway and lobby. I wanted an extra pillow and after I called down for one they were at my door within minutes. The location of the hotel is central to evetything."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "
