"Bien situado. La habitación un poco pequeña pero suficiente. Personal muy atento. Dan agua y dos refrescos gratis, además de otros detalles en el bar de la terraza. Tiene jacuzzi gratuito. La única pega que no tuvimos agua caliente. Me volvería a alojar sin dudarlo"

"Muntri Mews exceed my expectations. I loved this heritage style hotel with the original architecture. I love the size of the rooms and the charm and character of staying in an older building. The hotel was centrally located. There is even a cafe right now door. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and eating. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Penang."

I booked a deluxe room (with city views it said), and instead I got a room looking to a parking lot (it was ridiculously close to the cars).I went down to reception three times (Sunday evening) and the guy gave me no alternative despite admitting that it was their/the websites mistake. "Stayed here for 3 nights while in George Town. Not central but only a 7 min ride to centre and not expensive via grab. I thought I booked with breakfast but arrived and none in my room. But ok as I looked at breakfast and didn’t look good so went out and bought at coffee shop round corner. Room was clean and water each day. Staff friendly and held bags when arrived early and stayed later. Would have wished the staff would turn down the volume on their walkie talkie machines as each morning...

"Hotel con mucho encanto y personalidad. Habitación deluxe muy grande, cama muy grande y cómoda. El baño también estaba muy bien, con ducha y bañera separadas. El personal del hotel es super amable. La zona de la piscina no és muy grande pero la piscina es preciosa y tiene mucho encanto."

"Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro."
