"We love staying at the Penang Marriott. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We always book a Club Room and find the staff who serve there absolutely A1, truly a home from home! "Staff were welcoming and helpful. Standout lady was Kha Mun, efficient and remembered details about us ( hopefully because we were nice! ), fun and so professional. Room in the heritage wing was great, spacious and old style which we prefer to modern rooms which lack character. Bottled water provided daily, complimentary mini bar and wine on arrival. Loved the daily offerings of canapés and a drink between 6pm and 7pm. Such lovely tasty nibbles and we looked forward to it each day. Pool was...
