"Room was respectably clean and size was great, furnishings dated and tired (couch not comfortable and needed a deep clean). Private beach amenities were not what I expected- no lifeguard, bathrooms were porta-potties, and snack shack didn’t open until people started calling about it. Location was great for getting out and about, but there is no self parking area at the private beach- you HAVE to take the shuttle. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but if you want beach access, stay at a resort ON...

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Beach view was good for a side view. Kitchen a ant problems. And there was a smell when you first walk in the room. And lord if you book one room. Make sure you all in the same vehicle. They did not like we had 2 cars to a room...And watch when you check in. Ask about the bill. Before you pay....But they are gi ing a refund to me.. But it was still alot nicer then some places down there.. Enjoy.."

"We picked this hotel for the waterparks. Our kids had a blast and loved the pools. They also loved that they were able to tie dye a t-shirt during our stay. I was impressed with the different activities available each day. We found several bugs in our room and the bathroom was very dated. The bathroom had grout missing all in the shower, which made it look dirty. The bugs just had me on edge and I wore shoes inside the whole time. I am assuming this is all hotels now, but this is our second...
