"It’s good for a few hours, but that’s it. There was a blood stain on the curtains. A lot of white crusty stains by the bottom of the bed, leading to the bathroom. The door next to my room slammed so loud throughout the night, it shook me every single time. The shuttle bus was a short ride thankfully, but that thing sounded like it was about to fall apart. The only good thing about this Sleep Inn is the convenience of it being so close to Midway. I probably won’t return."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. "Promised me roll away beds o. The phone and would not deliver upon arrival. Also been staying hear occasionally over ten years and was the dirtiest I’ve seen it. Messes in the elevators and weird smells. Also FYI, they now charge for parking now which is ridiculous at this property IMO. "

"This is the perfect location to explore Chinatown. Everything is within a few blocks walk. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem getting our air conditioning to come on, and they were up to our room in 10 minutes to fix the issue. Absolutely would stay here again. "

"The rooms are decent. They don't offer daily housekeeping, however, you can return your dirty towels to the front desk for clean towels, and if you need plates, silverware, etc, go to the front desk. YHou have to empty your garbage out yourself, and get new garbage bags from the front desk. I just wish there were ovens in the kitchen, and some pots to heat up your food. There is a stovetop in the room and a full-size fridge."
