"This is an older 2 story property with great big refinished rooms with lake views. Daily attention to room turndown excellent! Front desk staff very nice. Location is wonderful with the highway close, biking path and water close, food a short walk, and museums a short drive. Parking is free. Downside is part of the property is defunct with an empty pool, unused cafe and unused conference bldg. no elevator, no ice machine and poor shower pressure. "It was in a good location right next to a bus stop but it looked like they were fixing the place up and I’m sure it will be great when it’s done but it’s not there yet"

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."
