"The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was ample. The staff were great and breakfast was lovely. I especially appreciated the custom coffee makers and the big urns. Having both meant I could be in a hurry or grind the beans for a tastier experience. Would stay here again!"

"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."

"I booked a room last minute and I was very impressed. The young man that helped me at the front desk was very kind. The room was small but very clean with what looked to be new furniture. I absolutely loved the shower head in the bathroom. I had a room located at the back of the property and the parking lot was brightly lit and there wasn’t anyone lurking around. It felt pretty safe."

"I had to wait over an hour for the checkin as the hotel could not find my reservation due to some issue. The hallway had a weird smell. The shower faucet kept dripping. The blankets felt wet."

"We checked in the evening on Tuesday and the woman who helped us was very nice. I would say the pictures of the rooms were a little deceiving because they made the rooms look very modern and in a way they were, but the laminate flooring in our room was cracked and the bathroom had mildew stains. Beds were okay but the small pillows weren't very comfortable. We actually got a room that had 3 beds, 1 of the beds being in a separate room which was nice but that room also didn't have air...

"Starting off with the staff was really lovely. My child and I were given a room next to the hotel HVAC system, a giant unit which was right outside our balcony, it was so loud neither one of us got much sleep. The next morning we were surprised that the breakfast offerings were not that great either, no pancakes, waffles or bacon. We decided to cut our trip at this hotel short and find another option in the area."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel. It’s always very pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast & sitting at the outside tables to eat. Coffee was good. The pool is well kept , the employees are friendly & helpful. My mom has mobility issues, but parking right next to the room is so helpful. This is my go to hotel when visiting my son at UCI"
