"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor."

The breakfast was delicious-fresh made to order pancakes, yum. Along with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and numerous other choices. The staff was very friendly and considerate."

"The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower head being so low. I am 5’4” and I had to squat a bit to wash my hair so I know the men are definitely having to squat a lot! But the breakfast was delicious and the attached Mexican restaurant is so so so good and friendly. You have to try it if you stay here."
